Chjlya basis is the organic cachaça artesanal of Tropical Brazilis

Chjlya cocktails are of the highest quality. Their taste is fruity with a good balance of acidity and sweetness. The alcohol content is 10.5% by volume very low for alcoholic drinks. Cachaça (pronounced "Kaschassa") is a spirit (aguardiente de Cana), which is extracted from the fermented juice of sugar cane. Unlike rum, distilled from fermented molasses, in this case the freshly squeezed juice of the sugar cane is used directly. Cachaca doesn't receives any accessories such as molasses or caramel coloring, staining can only afterwards by storage in oak barrels produced. The Cachaca Artesanal is descarding the head part (about 10% of the distillation) and the final (about 10% more). In addition, the Cachaca Artesanal is often expanded in various types of wood. This is not a requirement, such as in the production of whiskey or rum, as the use of pure sugar cane juice and the type of processing alone already produce a very pure product. Also, the alcohol content is often already in the target area, causing little endionisiertes water must be added often.
